You've attended the AI talks. Nothing changed on Monday.

Every AI conference promises transformation. Most deliver a notebook of ideas and a team that still doesn't know what to do next week.

  • 😤
Your team is fragmented. Everyone's using different tools, prompting differently, and no one agrees on where AI fits in your actual workflow.
  • ⏱️
You don't have time to go deep alone. You've tried the YouTube tutorials, the webinars, the free courses. You need a structured path, not more content.
  • 🔄
The tools change faster than you can learn them. You need a framework that outlasts whatever ships next month.
  • 🏢
You're carrying the AI agenda alone. You come back energized from every event. Your team doesn't. The gap keeps growing.

Leave with all of this.

  • A shared AI vocabulary — your team aligned on what matters and why
  • A platform-agnostic framework — built to survive whatever ships next month
  • At least one mapped, working AI workflow for your brand — built during the event
  • A 90-day action plan — specific next moves your team executes Monday morning
  • A peer network of CPG marketing leaders doing the same work
  • Clarity on what to buy, build, and skip — no more vendor fog
  • Pre-event prep call with an instructor, tailored to your brand situation

2
Session 2
Process Mapping — Finding Your AI Entry Point

3
Session 3
Build Review, Q&A + Summit Prep
Week of July 7–11, 2025 · Wednesday at Noon MT · 90 min

→ Deliverable: A specific problem and partial workflow ready for Day 2

Format: All three sessions are live on Zoom, bi-weekly Wednesdays at noon Mountain Time. Recordings available within 24 hours. Pre-session prep takes 30–60 minutes between calls.

It frames the investment as an operational decision (not a training expense), shows the time-savings math, and explains why this event is structured differently from every other AI conference.

Framework-first. Tool-agnostic.

We're not teaching you Claude, Copilot, or ChatGPT. We're teaching you how AI-ready marketing organizations are structured — using a 5-role framework that holds regardless of what new tool ships next week.

Role 01
🧭
Visionary
Sets direction and purpose for AI adoption. Defines what winning looks like for the organization.
Role 02
⚙️
Operator
Project management and governance. Keeps the team aligned and AI workflows accountable.
Role 03
🔧
Integrator
Hands-on with prompts, tools, and platform interaction. Turns strategy into working systems.
Role 04
🧠
Subject Matter Expert
Provides the brand intelligence AI can't generate alone — domain depth that makes outputs useful.
Role 05
🚀
Users
The broader team who consumes and applies AI-produced outputs day-to-day.
🔄

Platform changing on you? This framework is designed to survive it. Whether your organization runs Claude, Copilot, or ChatGPT — the 5-role structure applies. On Day 2, we group teams by platform so your build session uses the tools you actually have access to.

Before you hit register.

Still not sure? Email us directly.

What is the online course and do I need to take it?
The online course is three 90-minute live sessions on Zoom, running bi-weekly Wednesdays at noon MT from June through mid-July. It covers the 5 AI Roles framework, process mapping, and your first AI workflow build — so you arrive in Boulder with a foundation rather than starting from scratch. It's not required, but teams who complete the course get significantly more out of the in-person summit. Team Registration ($1,245 early early bird) includes the course for all three team members.
Can I take the online course without attending the summit?
Yes — the online course is available as a standalone at $250 per person. It's open to Naturally Colorado members, RMAC community members, and fractional leaders who can't travel to Boulder. If you later decide to attend the summit, your course registration counts as credit toward the bundle price.
Do all three team members need to register at the same time?
Yes — team registration requires all three members to register together in a single purchase. This ensures we can properly match your team with peer companies during the prep call. If you need help deciding who to bring, email ted@forumfornaturals.net.
What happens right after I register?
Team registrants receive a confirmation email with a link to schedule a 30-minute prep call with Chuck or Jason within 48 hours. On that call, we gather your team's top AI use cases and the core problem you want to solve — used to match you with peer companies and shape your Day 2 build session. Individual registrants receive event details and pre-work materials.
Do I need technical experience or AI knowledge to attend?
No coding experience required. This workshop is designed for marketing leaders, not engineers. The curriculum is framework-first — we teach you how to think about and structure AI in your organization before touching any tools. If you've used ChatGPT for basic tasks, you're ahead. If you haven't used any AI tools at all, you're exactly who this is built for.
Which AI platform does the workshop use?
The workshop is platform-agnostic. We teach a 5-role framework that works regardless of whether your organization uses Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or ChatGPT. On Day 2, we group teams by platform so your build session uses the tools you actually have access to. If your IT team only allows Copilot, you're covered.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Full refunds are available up to 30 days before the event (July 22, 2025). After that, tickets are transferable but not refundable. If the event is cancelled by Forum for Naturals, all registrants receive a full refund. Have a specific situation? Email ted@forumfornaturals.net.
Where should I stay? How do I get to Boulder?
The event is at Sweater Ventures in Boulder, CO. Most attendees fly into Denver International (DEN), approximately 45–55 minutes from Boulder. We recommend arriving Wednesday evening, August 20. We'll send hotel block recommendations to all registered attendees.

August 21–22, 2025 · Boulder, CO

This is the AI event CPG marketers cannot miss in 2025.

If you want to be known as an AI-forward marketer in this industry, you have to be in this room. Every month you wait is a month your competitors are building workflows you haven't started yet.
